J.P. Moreland presented a paper titled How Evangelicals Became Overcommitted to the Bible and What Can Be Done About It at the 2007 ETS meeting in San Diego. Here is a link to the paper. There has been a lot of controversy back and forth with the Christianity Today blog and back on Moreland’s blog. The discussion is noteworthy. I wondered what others thought of the paper.
